Website encourages patients to place orders online. It’s been almost 3 hours and no text to even confirm order. Stuff happens and I’m assuming it was super busy. I called to ask what the status was (hey who knows? Maybe there was a mix up?) before I could even finish the sentence the guy that answered the phone said “you know what, we’re busy we’re super and short staffed, just come in” and disconnected the call. Super rude! I understand when it’s stressful and busy it’s not easy to stay friendly but as a customer it is not my fault and I’m just trying to make things easier in the first place by placing the order. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the store and products but if staff is going to react like that to a simple inquiry I’d rather find somewhere else.
