I've been going here as a medical patient for about year. I take a 1.5 hour drive each way once or twice a month for a specific wax, Shire Wolf. It has always consistently worked wonders for my anxiety and was worth the expensive price tag of $70/g. For my last visit I wanted to use some of my loyalty points for a "$30 concentrate", I did look on their website and read carefully to make sure there were no hidden rules or exceptions; the only one was that it couldn't be applied to third party outsourced products (which are generally more expensive, so that makes sense). But when I picked up my order, they informed me that it was actually $30 OFF a concentrate, their concentrate prices are tiered, and I owed $10 more than I was expecting. This was shady, and MAC was just selling this same wax, outsourced from BR, for $60/g. I really don't understand why it's more expensive to buy it directly from BR instead of a third party dispensary, or what defines the "tiers" for their concentrates. While $40/g is still a good deal, this batch of Shire Wolf I picked up is also completely different than all the other batches I've purchased in every way (consistency, smell, effect). It barely touched the symptoms I usually use it for and after a few days of consistent use I'm horribly disappointed at best. Between the expensive prices, hectic less-than-friendly atmosphere, shady sales tactics and now a loss in quality, I don't think I'll be returning. There are higher quality products at much more reasonable prices throughout the state.

I just visited CAC as a first time patient over the weekend. I've tried their concentrates from other dispensaries and loved them, and wanted to take advantage of their $100 off of $200 first visit deal. The quality and effects of the live crystals and wax I bought were amazing, keep up the great work with the products! Unfortunately the customer service I experienced while purchasing was disappointing at best. I'll start by saying if you can do curbside pickup, you'll skip a lot of time/hassle over picking up inside, but it is debit only. The best part of the experience was one of the security guards outside, when I told him it was my first visit he was pleasant and informative on what to do. The wait time was around 20 minutes, which during a weekend is understandable. But after I was allowed inside an agitated patient, apparently tired of waiting, was allowed in behind me. As I was making my purchase and signing a form, he was about 5 inches behind me, swearing and muttering and clearly hoping the staff would notice. Although the woman I was working with was generally nice, instead of telling him to back off and/or respect the social distancing markers they have on the floor the staff behind the window ignored the situation entirely. I'm a medical patient for severe anxiety and panic attacks, so that made me really uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth. My other complaint is about how much I was charged. My order total before discounts came to exactly $200. I was using the $100 off of $200 deal, so I was planning on paying $100. However, I was told that they were combining that discount with another one I had available. I know usually discounts can't combine, so I was thrilled. What was my total after "multiple discounts"?...$106. What? As I was so uncomfortable with the angry patient behind me and it was only $6 more than I was planning I just accepted it, but after looking over my receipt and order total many times I still have no idea why I was charged extra when they made it a point to tell me it would be less. If I go back I'll definitely be doing curbside pickup from now on, but honestly after this experience I would much rather just buy your products from a different dispensary.

One of my favorite places to visit in MA! The line is never long, everyone inside is friendly and knowledgeable, and everything I've picked up has treated me very well - Unbiased Opinion is one of the best strains I've tried in the state. My only "complaint" is for more variety in concentrates besides shatter, but they are 100% worth a visit!
