I was scammed yesterday and called to complain, assured it was being looked into and I would receive a call back the same day. Never got a call so I called again only to be placed on hold then hung up on. Ordered 14g and the bag looked off so I weighed it and it was only 7. Feel completely ripped off and there’s too many other options on NB to return to Bloomery.

Was a long time customer but recently went and ordered flower, received half of what was paid for. As soon as I got home I noticed the bag looked light, weighed it and called. I was assured they would look into it and get back to me the same day. Next day, today I called AGAIN because no one called back and I was placed on hold then hung up on. Ripped off and they won’t correct it. Many other choices in new Buffalo - don’t go here unless you want to be scammed. Former loyal customer. Wow.
