Normally have a wonderful time at Nirvana. Alexis is my favorite budtender. But today, the blue haired girl doing pick up was the rudest I've ever encountered. I understand you guys are going rec in a few days but you can be nicer about informing people that your daily deals are no more. She acted like it was a hassle for her to ring up items and check the total for me since it is now different than what im used to. Also did not tell me my correct total. I do not think ill be back to nirvana after today's experience.

This review is more for the budtender that helped me rather than desert rose as a whole. Shantele was hands down the best budtender I've ever had out of all the dispensaries I've gone to. She was happy and friendly. She explained things very clearly, and was very adiment about making sure I was happy before I left. My previous experiences at desert rose were actually ones you would rather me not write about. So let's just say Shantele made up for her coworkers previous encounters, and I hope that they follow her example as to how a budtender should treat their patients. If I ever shop here again I will make sure it is with Shantele.
