Efficient system in place when I went, there was 2 receptionists to handle medical and recreational sign-in quickly and they were extremely friendly. The staff was great until I got to the bud-tenders, they were all in a group chatting amongst themselves and barely bothered to acknowledge me or the other medical patients at the counter. Chewing bright green gum with his mouth open while ringing me up, and not so much as a word beyond the total I was to pay.
It certainly wasn’t enough to keep me from returning to this location especially because it’s incredibly convenient to where I live, but I certainly hope the staff at the sales counter is as courteous as the reception staff next time. It seemed like most of the staff at the counter just needed to be reminded that you shouldn’t talk to other staff you should talk to customers while at work, and that chomping gum with your mouth agape is bad service.
Service at the counter aside,
Product was decent, but sold in small quantities (1/16’s seriously?) selection was good but mostly 50/50 hybrids.
Parking was not an issue but I’m unsure how it works for recreational customers.

Parking is a nightmare. 13 spots TOTAL at my last visit (pre-recreational sales) I can only imagine rec sales will make it much more hectic.
Products are good, no complaints there. Decent selection available as well. New patient discounts are great.
My only issue besides terrible parking is that there always seems to be a line here (once again, I cant imagine rec sales made this any better) BUT you can avoid that by ordering ahead and picking up. Pickup is great and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Staff here is ok. This is the one shop I’ve been to so far that just didn’t seem to have happy workers. They were fine and I had no issues but it was the sort of interaction you’d expect from a high schooler working at mcdonalds, just kind of didn’t seem excited to be there or help people. Just my overall impression of the staff.
Traffic can be an issue depending on what time you go.

This shop is very convenient to get to, just off the main road. There is parking right next to the building but it does cost 50 cents or a dollar and you can pay cash or card. The shop is on the 3rd floor just off the elevator, two security doors as is pretty standard but it seems to take a bit longer to get into the actual shop compared to my other experiences. (not long, maybe a minute or two)
Once inside the actual shop its barren feeling. The shop feels like its got hardly anything inside a large space, and I have never seen another customer inside when I go. It’s a strange atmosphere despite being aesthetically nice, and being alone with only 1-2 employees makes it feel more empty.
The staff is always really nice and helpful, great customer service and new patient deals are always a bonus.
The main problem I have is the lack of product. They seem to have far fewer options compared to other shops, for example only ONE saliva available or only ONE type of concentrate. The products I’ve tried are good, they just need to have more of them.

I am a huge fan of this spot, they have free parking (I’ve never had trouble getting a spot) and amazing staff.
Everyone here is quite friendly and by far the least clinical shop I’ve been to so far. Product is always top notch and they have some killer new patient deals which is what brought me here initially.
Revolutionary has tons of parties, activities and giveaways as well at both locations.
Convenient location, free parking, great products, doesn’t feel like an office or empty store, what else could you need?

Start to finish took an hour. Heated tents were nice as was a free shuttle. All products I purchased were high quality. Staff was helpful and nice except for parking lot attendants in the auxiliary lot where the shuttle picks you up, they were openly mocking people parking and commenting how they “clearly need to smoke because they’re bad at driving”. Those attendants were the only bad part of my visit.
