WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY POT SHOP!!!!!
I went into Greenway last night 7 minutes before they closed to get a disposable wax cartridge, the lady who helped me was extremely friendly and while giving me the receipt told me if it was to leak or wasn't hitting correctly that I could bring it back and return it. It was the "Bare naked concentrates" (pomegranate/blueberry) flavor for $39.99 for .5 gram. It was my Friday night and I just closed the restaurant I just wanted to go home and relax. I get home and when I went to hit it I realized it tasted like burnt plastic/cotton. So first thing this morning I take it back to Greenway and explain that it isn't hitting correctly. When I walked in there was only one gentleman behind the counter who had long hair past his shoulders and was wearing a hat helping a lady with a purchase. When it was my turn I explained to him what was going on with the cartridge. I gave him the receipt, the box and the cartridge he said "We'll have to do our little test to see if it works." He stepped into the back and when he returned he stated that it tasted "Wicky" and that it wasn't hitting correctly. Another gentleman with short dark hair stepped out of the office and came over to look at the wax cartridges. I asked if I could do the Concord grape flavor instead since it was the same brand and I've personally bought the grape multiple times and never had an issue. The gentlemen said they couldn't do that because it had to be exchanged for the same flavor which is completely understandable. However they happened to be out of the pomegranate/ blueberry so he ended up letting me have the grape in exchange. Which I appreciated, I asked for the receipt back and they said they couldn't do a return on a return, so I said thank you and went on my way. But the moment I got out to my car I immediately tried the new cartridge on a different battery thinking that may have been the issue and again same issue. Now I know what are the odds of 2 in a row tasting awful with burnt wicks. But the Concord grape is one that I have bought multiple times and I know it is not suppose to taste like that. This cartridge had the same issue as the first one that I just bought the night before. I instantly turned around and drove right back to show him that this was having the same issue. When I came back and showed it to the gentleman with the long hair the other gentleman who was working with the short dark hair went right back into the office. I asked the one who has originally been helping me with everything nicely to try the new one as it was having the same issue, he went into the back and said it was fine and that they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I could get my money back, pay the price difference for a different brand, he said no. I asked if there was anything he could do for me to help me out so that I didn't waste $39.99 on something that I can't smoke. I tried to explain to him that I've smoke multiple brands and flavors of the cartridges and that the grape has never tasted like that before. Again he said there was nothing he could do, I asked to talk to a manager and with a bad attitude he told me he was the manager. I asked "So I just wasted $40 here and there's nothing you can do about it?" He continued to tell me I was hitting it wrong and I must have been sucking on it to hard, had another excuse of it was to cold outside and that's why it wouldn't hit correctly. Once again I tried to explain that I've been using the cartridges for some time and have never had this issue. He didn't seem to care what I had to say we wasn't going to help me at this point and the more I tried to comprise the more he was set on the word no. The moment I got home I had my boyfriend try it since the grape is his favorite he even stated that it is unsmokable and that it tastes nothing like it should. I work hard for my money and when the "manager" basically says you're sh*t out of luck it can be quite frustrating. As a manager myself I was blown away with the attitude that I got from this gentleman and that he wasn't willing to do a thing to make it right. I have been into green way multiple times but after being treated this way I will be sure not to return. Now I have to go spend yet another $40 at another store for the same product since the cartridge I purchased from Greenway is brand new and you can't even smoke it. Just highly disappointed in my experience with this shop, after looking at the reviews this is not the first time they have lost customers because of the attitude and arrogance of the employees.
