Worst dispensary visit ever!!!. The budtender that "helped" me with my purchase messed up my order three consecutive times. After I told her exactly what I wanted (Stizzy cartridges), she initially brought the wrong size. After correcting her, she then brought me the wrong strains. I started to sense an attitude from her, so I already wanted to wrap up my visit. When she returned for the last time, she put my items in the bag, sealing and stapling the bag shut. When I arrived home, ready for fun times and good vibes, I opened my bag to see that my purchase was incorrect. I head back to rectify the situation (when gas is $5 a gallon), and on site management, claimed that because I left the store and that the merchandise was not defective, I was stuck with those items and they would not honor the mistake the budtender made. I argued that there was no way of knowing that she made this mistake as all bags are stapled and sealed when completing a purchase. Also the disposable cartridges I was sold were more expensive than the cartridges I originally asked for. Management's only response was to offer me 20% off of another additional purchase. Why would I want a percentage off, when I wouldn't be sure if that next purchase would even be correct? Phoenix has a wealth of really good, respectable dispensaries. Do not waste your time and energy at a location that does not respect it's customers
