This company is a literal joke. We will be reporting this business to the labor board. DO NOT APPLY TO WORK FOR THEM. This company directly reaches out to people looking for FULL TIME work and promises to give them what they are looking for and they DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. I was told to obtain my Sheriffs card and fingerprints which cost me $100 and would not be reimbursed. I did that no problem. I had 1 shift and was told the next day I would be receiving a call to work again. I did not hear from the "supervisor" I had been dealing with for 2 days. I finally got a call and was asked to come in an hour after I got the call. When I agreed, I asked when I would receive a schedule so that I could make arrangements for my child. The "supervisor" went around in circles to basically tell me that she couldn't give me a schedule and that I would be "on call" basically until someone got fired. This is NOT what was discussed when I was hired. I was told I would be able to be guaranteed my hours weekly by working at both store locations. This was not the case. This was false advertisement, fraudulent inducement of employment, and a waste of my time and money. I should 100% be reimbursed for the money I paid to get the Sheriffs card and fingerprints. I will be reporting this to the labor board. NEVADA WELLNESS - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. TAKE A LOOK AND HIRE STAFF THAT ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO RECRUIT AND HAVE THEIR SHIT TOGETHER. This is the most unprofessional work environment I have EVER encountered in my life.
