Consistent- Quality, prices, and service. Never disappointed coming here, and will all of the changes happening to the other dispensaries nearby, this place is quickly becoming my exclusive stop.

Used to be my go-to spot before they raised their prices. When I inquired about the increase, the front desk had been instructed to tell patients that this location is no longer wholesale. With more dispensaries opening up on the west side, and given how out there this location is, I won’t be going back

I’ve experienced some sort of issue the last three times I’ve tried to place an express order with Nirvana West, twice the front desk put my card in the check-in pile instead of for a pickup. It’s a shame the service has been so frustrating as the product is typically adequate and their deals competitive. I got the pleasure of visiting this store before their grand opening and was impressed at that time by the atmosphere of the lobby and back area. It was clean, fun, and the water feature added a nice touch. Since then, I have yet to see the water feature run and the front area always feels a bit dingy.
