For me, this feels more like a right-down-the-middle hybrid. It gets me pretty stoned, but it feels pretty generic. It's just a high. It's not real heavy like true indicas typically are. The THC % was well over 20 so I was expecting a bit more punch. If you're searching for true indica effects for relief, I wouldn't recommend this strain. If you just want to get high, it works I guess. I wouldn't avoid it, but I request it either.
Now, I never really cared about trying any of the fruity strains and this was my first. I don't like it, but it honestly has a fruity pebbles or fruit loops taste. Weird.
I’m so incredibly happy that we finally got a Trulieve location. This Destin store is nicer than the other location I’ve had to use. It’s new, so it has that new dispensary smell. Very piney and skunky lmao The staff seem very pleasant so far. The lobby is wide open and spacious. Oh this store is in a very safe and clean area. All high end homes, condos, and shopping just a couple hundred yards off of our fantastic beaches.
I just grabbed an 8th from the new Trulieve in Destin, FL. The buds are just as described in the description. It smells piney and quite skunky which pleases me. The taste is the same, classic. The high is classic as well. It’s pretty heady with a good body buzz. I love indicas that have the expected effects and also offer up great, happy euphoria. I’m pretty goofy right now, good times. I have advanced lumbar arthritis. I’m a high stress person, anxiety, that kinda stuff. So indicas are always my preferred strains. Afghani has been my top choice [I’ve tried and liked so many strains], but this one at least rivals it.
The batch my purchase came from rated out at 22% THC overall.
I haven't been to the dispensary, I've only had deliveries. The products are great! Vape cartridges are packed full and are long-lasting. I haven't had any leak either. The product itself is superb and the quality has been consistent. The first batch of flower I bought (White Widow) was a tad disappointing, but everything since then has been top-shelf. They deliver for free and I'm about 2.5 hrs. away from their location. I'm really glad that I gave this place a look because literally no one told me about them.
I got an 8th of buds delivered from Curaleaf in Tallahassee. They were beautiful and dense. The aroma made my mouth water, very sweet. The euphoria is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm a high-stress guy with plenty of useless anxiety. The first big hit tastes amazing and when I exhale, it's as if I'm in slow motion and all the stress from the day and physical tension are exhausted. The high makes me happy and it's easy to laugh. It definitely makes me heavy and cozy. I don't have a problem staying awake and enjoying the effects, but I don't have trouble falling asleep if that's what I want (which has usually been a struggle). I've tried all kinds of Indicas. 9-pound hammer, Granddaddy Purple, Grape Ape, Blueberry Kush... are all playing second fiddle to this strain, in my opinion. This is my go-to Indica.
I had this a few times in vape cartridges from medical dispensaries here in Florida. I've always found it to be quite useful for physical tension, stress, anger, sleep. The vapes didn't pack much of a head-high punch, although it did get me high.
Whelp, thanks to Desantis, I'm able to buy the buds. I got ’em from Trulieve and boy oh boy are they some crunchy nugs. Beautiful and smelling really good with the taste to match. The effects are far superior to the vape products (as I'm finding with every strain/line/whatever - go flower) I've tried. Big head high, full-body relaxation. This is great night or day if you're a high wound person like I am.
The store is clean and inviting with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their products are my absolute go-to’s (ReviveAM & Relief Pure Reserve Oil in vape cartridges). I’ve been “self-medicating” for 20+ years, so my review comes from a lot of experience.
I’ve only had this strain in a vape cartridge concentrate from a Trulieve dispensary in Florida.
I’d like to preface this by stating I am not new to marijuana. By Florida terminology I’ve been “self-medicating” daily for about 20 years. Getting it from friends has always been spotty in regards to the accuracy of the strain names used. I always had to smoke on it and then know if I was dealing with a sativa or indica type strain. So, I’m enjoying knowing exactly what strain I’m getting and what to expect, more or less.
When I opened the little bottle and gave it a smell it was exactly what I was expecting. It’s sweet and smells of dessert. But make no mistake, it smells like good buds.
It tastes just like it smells. The inhalation is smooth somewhat sweet and it fills the sinus as well, giving me a truly enjoyable sensory experience. Exhaling not only continued the smell and taste, but it definitely gives me that reverse rush feeling of stress leaving my body. Good stuff.
Now, this strain,in this Trulieve product, has made me realize a truth in the idea of micro-dosing. People have different experiences, this is simply mine. The high from this strain can be quite intense, even though it didn’t make me panicky (I have panic attacks at times that mimic heart attacks). But if I take one solid, deep pull and hold that in for a good time, it’s the perfect “dose”. I’m focused on the tasks at hand without being forgetful. The stress and chaos in my work environment is of no bother to me, I’m actually able to just laugh under my breathe. It also helps slightly with my daily back pains (advanced lumbar arthritis, herniated discs with stenosis), although I haven’t ever in my life experienced a strain that eliminates those pains. So I still take a small dosing of opiates most days.
I really don’t recommend getting blasted on this strain at night in hopes of falling asleep fast.
