The staff are extremely rude! They cannot multitask and have horrible customer service. I also bought a 3.5 of flower and came home to realize the safety seal inside was missing. I reached out to them via email and never got any word back. No help when I called either. The other dispensaries in town have much better product and service. Elevated roots has to try and lure you in with odd priced items at 22.99. Don't be fooled, it has to be the worst product I've had in all of Massachusetts. Literally ANY other dispensary is better! I would never recommend and have actually told hundreds of people via social media and in person to shop elsewhere. Alot of people had similar stories of staff and product. -0/10
