Where do I start, today 09/22/2020, I called at 9:41 AM, I called for prices and availability on potent planet, as well to see if they have a Leafly open for pre-orders, when I was explaining and asking questions I noticed the lady that was helping me was not in a good mood. We continued our conversation and noticed as well that she would interrupt when I would talk and would talk over me.
She coached me on telling me that sales days Are not Leafly available etc. my remark was “ that sucks because I just want to be able to just go in and out real quick “ as well as I told her I’ve had multiple times where I drive from where I live to the halo, and the product I am looking for just sold out, she didn’t really care about me mentioning that. when I mentioned that comment, she automatically said not to talk to her that Way which caught me off guard because I talk loud and with a Sales man Voice ( because I am a sales man ) she mentioned that to me and I caught it Immediately, so I confronted her about it on the phone and asked her what do you mean how am I being rude or aggressive, she responded with I feel like you are being aggressive and rude “ which is an assumption, And when I tried to confront it got worse and when I was asked if They will have enough to just hang up , she rudely said 90 left and hung up.
When I addressed it to the manager she said she was aware of the situation but haven’t heard the call or did it here or wasn’t there, so when I was explaining the situation the manager kept telling me that the employees are top priority and that they are not to be threatened talked aggressive on or harassed which I agree but I agree with a legit reason and not an assumption and for the manager to tell me that it was a mistake on both ends when I wasn’t doing anything and I was just asking for my information, when I said that to the manager She said it was busy and that the person might’ve been Overwhelmed which I agree but why does that give them a reason to talk to me like that? Also her saying that is giving me the impression that you guys are not customer impressed because she also said it was busy she had orders to take care of than to answer all these questions, like ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then why does on the menus it ask for us to place an order AHREAD OF TIMe if they ain’t even giving us the time in the phone! As well the managers most response was that they can hang up any call whenever they wang if they feel mistreated, but when asking her how if it going to get situated she said she will bring it up in a meeting and That they are able to hang up any call that they feel are bad, mines always not h til she said “ Don’t y’all to me like that, I am taking it as you being rude and aggressive “ there was no threat, no aggression, I was taking a dump on the bathroom while on the call and just woke up , it’s not my nature to call and start problems, sorry no o not this guy! Never going back and for sure passing this experience on.
