Green Dragon - West Palm Beach

I’m a medical cannabis patient and I recently made a purchase at Green Dragon in West Palm Beach Florida off of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard on 01/14 . It was my second time coming here and I knew I had a 50% off discount still that I could apply. I mentioned in the beginning that I was going to be using that discount when I was approached by the people working. After getting in conversation with the staff, I didn’t noticed they charged me the full amount until after the transaction was finished, I mentioned this to the manager on duty, that same day, and he attempted to give me a refund for the original purchase which I still have the receipt for . And I was again charged for the purchase at the correct price. It has been a few days now and when I checked the last transaction history the money was never refunded. So I returned to the store and dealt with a different manager who told me they couldn’t provide the refund even though I have provided the receipt , the store has documented video footage, written documentation from the day of me making the purchase from the manager i originally dealt with, and one of the people working when I made the original transaction also confirmed my story was true when I went in to deal with this issue on 01/19. The manager Marie Dorce told me there was nothing they could do besides give a credit at this point. I did not purchase any cannabis in this transaction just glass wear and it seems unreasonable to not be able to refund cash for e debit transaction with a proper receipt. I’d never go hear again, and I will actively advise people to spend there money on their medical needs elsewhere.
