Placed my order online and came to the location. Was greeted by a woman who went to check my order and came back and told me that I only placed my order 45 mins ago and it has not even been worked. Told me I could wait in the walk-in line or wait for my text but could take 2 hrs. Literally 5 mins after that I get a text that my pre-order is ready. Really!! You just told me that hadn’t even gotten to it! Lies! Be prepared to wait for preorders also. No reason to order online if they are not working the orders and staff are not aware orders. Wait inside for my preorder that was supposed to be ready for another 15 mins and no one was ahead of me as they continued to talk walk ins.

They rushed me and talked like an auctioneer. He would not offer me any information about the product. When bro find my experience to the manager on duty he said they are busy and just following CDC guidelines. They have everyone come in together and check in like cattle and then tell you to wait outside. Then come get you have you wait in the lobby with like 8 people. Then no one is available to help you with picking out the strains you need for your condition. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary. STAY FAR AWAY IF POSSIBLE. They have little Nats flying all over.
