First time in the shop, I am a medical patient and they didn't even ask me if I was medical or rec, and when I asked prices I had to clarify that I was medical so I could be given the correct prices. I also didn't get anything for being a first time patient, this is one of the few shops that either forgot or just doesn't do anything like a nice token for being a first time medical patient. So that was below my expectations. When I had made my decision for a strain, the budtender doesn't pull from the jar I had just smelled, instead reaches somewhere below the counter and pulls out what seems to be prepackaged cannabis. I understand this is common for rec, but I am not a rec patient and want fresh medicine I have selected. I get home, and the cannabis inside my jar is absolutely a DIFFERENT strain than I had chosen. The bud structure was completely different, and while I had chosen a hybird (wi fi), the flower I got smelled just like Durban Poison. I am severely dissappointed in this, as I have been around and smoked hundreds of strains of cannabis, and I can easily tell when something smells completely opposite of what I wanted. Now I'm stuck smoking something that I paid top shelf prices for that is completely different than I wanted. Good location for me, but won't be returning due to inability to focus on major details such as if we are medical or rec, and WHAT KIND OF CANNABIS I'M GETTING.
