Twice they have given the customer the wrong product form. Once they sold me dab tabs of ICC that didn't work in any device including that the one I bought from them after I realized I got the wrong product. Complete waste of money. I can't use them at all. The 2nd time they sold my friend luster pods when she want a standard 510 threaded cart. When she went back, they sold her a battery for it and didn't even give her a price break on the battery. The employees should make sure the product form is compatible with the customer's batteries. They should ask the customer what battery or other device they have. About a month ago their phone was out of order for days. I went in and told them and they were like yeah, it's broken and they are supposed to send a new one. Zero concern about the inconvenience for the customer.
