I ordered online, got a text my order was ready, called ahead to confirm. I arrive and the guy touching the door and greeting everyone “had to” take my phone to check me because my cards electronically issued (how about have me email it to u and not take my phone for germ transmittal). Not only did he take my phone but then took the guy behinds I.d. and put it on my phone! He then brought it out and directed me to an outside waiting area. The bud tender didn’t just come out with your order, they made THREE separate points of contract with the customers. First checked to see if what u ordered was what u ordered, came out and exchanged money and finally gave you your product! Really?
Lastly your order isn’t actually ready to go as my order wouldn’t scan so the couldn’t ring it thru. Instead of offering a quick solution they made me wait 20 min while they screwed with the system. Then it wasn’t but 1 get 1 for 1st timer unless it’s THEIR brand. My bad for not catching that with the order but they refused to just give me the BOGO for my order EVEN after all the EXPOSURE and inconvenience of not reallllly being ready.
