I was visiting in the early am, and there was a patient who became EXTREMELY aggressive towards the receptionist Zachary (Been here quite a few times).
As the patient became more and more aggressive, the employees called for management, whom didn't show up at all. ADD IN THE FACT THAT THERE WAS ZERO SECURITY ON THE PREMISE.
This man leaves and comes back WITH A FIREARM and starts taking pictures of the employees and patients saying "I need to know who offended me and did this so I can remember".
Where was management? Where was security? We were LITERALLY all in danger because of a lack of both.
Definitely reported this to the DHC as well as NEVER going back here.
Side note, I'm the one who called the police as I was leaving. Me, a patient had to call the cops.
