i have been a 6yr az mmj card patient. ponderosa is far the best out.best deals on quality flower and you cannot beat the $95 oz out the door. coming in today for oz special and tru infusion carts.
overcharged me $80 for me to argue with manager n blow me off like im wrong. 2hr later i get a call from there unprofessional staff saying they have my $80 because they did overcharge me. now i stay out in far west valley and told them i would have to come back next day. long story short they dont care about customers, i had to drive all way back just to get money they stole from me. oh yea they offered a preroll for the incovienence. haha
nothing!! rude ass unprofessional staff. customers dont matter here!! was stuck with 20 overpriced carts . could saved $100 going elsewhere. never again will i go to nirvana.
