I have been coming to this dispensary for a long time. I stopped going for a spell after a less than stellar experience twice in a row with the same bud tender. So today I decided to check out their deals and make an order. I placed my order over the phone with ease! When I got there to pick it up, low and behold, the same bud tender whom I’ve had issues with in the past. I put that behind me as she was being very friendly - at first. She began ringing everything I ordered up and gave me a total higher than expected. When I questioned it she got defensive and said “well that’s what you ordered.” Little did she realize - what I ordered what written down where I could see it and she was the one who rang too much product in....she was trying to tell me it was my mistake for a while until I got firm and said No. this is what I ordered, this is how much it should be - plus tax. She argued with me about this then finally rang it all thru. Guess what. It was the price I said it was gonna be. Her entire demeanor changed and she rushed me out of there as I paid. Lastly not to be petty - but another deal was spend over $100 - get a gift - well I spent over $100. Guess who didn’t get a gift? I won’t be going back unfortunately. I’ll miss Rachel and the Troys!

Recently I was in the area and decided ill stop in and check this place out. Its somewhat near where I live so I thought I would give it a shot! I saw they had a BOGO new patient deal so, what the heck. My first mistake was not checking their daily special. My dumb ass thought they would be explained to me when I got there! Wrong. I walked in, it wasnt busy (yay!) I fill out my new patient paperwork and chill. I then get called back by a seemingly nice, sort of goofy guy. This is where my experience began to go downhill, FAST. This guy asked what I was looking for, I let him know I wanted flower and which type of strain I prefer. He shows me the regular price chart, I chose what I wanted and was expecting to be offered the BOGO. Instead, He walks over to grab my product and begins arguing with a co worker over who is going on break. This goes on for a little longer than it should have in my opinion. He then began (somewhat jokingly) making fun of this guy because he lives with his grandmother, like that was going to change the argument in who goes on break.....All the while im just standing there.....So, he grabs my product, rings me out and tells me a price $10 less than what was on the price chart. As I'm wondering about this, and handing him my money, before I can even say anything about it, he pushes the bag towards me and says "This was on special, you can use your new patient special next time." shoves my change towards me, AND WALKS AWAY. I was kind of shocked to be honest....so I left....as I'm walking to my car, I see this guy basically running to his vehicle with his backpack. Then I immediately felt like I was just rushed through my entire purchase and that guy only cared about leaving for his break, rather than helping me out. I guess that new patient special will be sitting on my account because I don't even want to go back. First Impressions are the longest lasting......Very disappointing.

Health for Life - Ellsworth

I have been bringing my mother to the north location for over a year. She decided she wanted to check out the east location. For one, it is so much closer to her home. 2, this location seems more welcoming! 3, her favorite person was working!! MIKE IS THE MAN! She missed him so much when he moved locations. He take such care and spent extra time explaining strains and making suggestions. She walked out of there with an amazing collection of strains for different ailments she suffers from all at an extraordinary price. I think we will be going to the east location from now on. Not only for the atmosphere but definitely for Mike!!! Thanks again for impressing H4L!!

I had the pleasure to bring my mother who was a first time patient to Health for life North Mesa. We were referred by a friend and was not disappointed! Katie helped us and answered all of our questions, she took her time and made sure my mother understood everything! My moms chronic debilitating pain was eased within minutes of the recommended medicine. We will most definitely be returning. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!!
