I thought that your Express order online and pickup was faster but it was 10x slower than just going in the back and getting your stuff. I put my order in 3 hrs before hand and I waited 15 mins to even get it. I like this dispensary but the service today was absolutely terrible. I make a living doing customer service I like to make other people happy but you guys got me super heated I have about 15 mins in my day between work and school so when people are in a hurry you should be 1 step ahead. I'm sure you guys remember me now I was definitely not happy with your online Express ordering. And no one in there seems to care if your in a hurry.
