Worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere in my life by the alleged “manager over both locations” who goes by “Johnny Thursday”. Zero stars! I came back in after they pulled a bait and switch on my purchase. Johnny told me that he would give me 20% off what it should have cost for what I originally ordered and paid for (i.e., if the original purchase was $20/g for replacing 2g, that would be $32) and definitely lied about that. When I expressed feeling ripped off for a second time in one day, he became so irate my senior citizen father even thought he needs mental help. I tried diffusing the situation twice and he just kept screaming at me and getting in my face during a pandemic (the whole time he has his security guard behind him with his hand on his gun, leaving me to feel threatened that Johnny could hurt myself or my father and have armed back up). He at one point seemed to become reasonable and asked if I wanted a refund of the difference, I replied that that would be perfect, he then responded verbatim, “fuck you, get thee hell out of my shop “. He said/did other very unprofessional things, but I’m not going to type a novel. This entire time I didn’t raise my voice, curse, or get within 2 feet of his face and yell, like he did to me. The owner’s should really consider helping find him counseling and then proper training.
