I am an original customer that had not been back in months. Scared off by the long lines and lack of product. Decided to place an order for RS37 when I saw it was available for 5 seconds. No lines when I showed up! Same wonderful atmosphere! Best Strain I have ever picked up from them and that includes all the strains back to the beginning of Tru Med. 33% THC. Nice, sticky and smelly! I highly recommend this strain if you can get your hands on it! ON POINT!

Love the Lemonade product but this strain tasted nasty! Terrible aftertaste! The high was fine, but the taste ruined it. Enjoyed the Ooh La La and Cake Mix much better.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Great Location and I really want to love this dispensary! Good Line of 3rd party products but not a big fan of their homegrown flower. They never update their menu when things leave the shelves so I have come in many times where it said it was on the menu but it was actually sold out. I have also walked in and gotten something not on the menu. It would be nice to have an updated menu when product comes and goes. There are some great employees and some not so great. Could use a little more help on the floor answering questions rather than all employees ringing people up. There is also usually a line. Skip happy hour unless you like not so good product that is free! Not a big fan of corporate big vendor dispensaries and Harvest is one of them. I like them for location and some product when it is available. Right now I am tinkering with becoming a loyal customer. I am right in the middle now and one experience could push me one way or the other!

Excellent Service in a quiet area. They have a bigger location on the west side. Tried the Super Lemon Haze which was top shelf and on point. A little far to travel but nice little shop. Thanks for the EDU on CBD!

OK. So I really do like Monarch. Probably most of all because it located conveniently near my home. However, I have heard for a year now that their prices would come down as soon as their grow is up and running. Regardless $110 and $120 for a quarter is ridiculous and worse is $100 for a quarter of schwag. I also do not like the promos they run except for the 20% off which I have not seen in weeks. Usually their promos entail giving away their weaker strains regardless of the quality you buy. Really? Do I need an 1/8 of Cali Wild Fire or an 1/2 Medicino Purps if I am buying an ounce of top shelf that costs me $400. Your promos this week in which you say it is not possible if not for our patients. Free House Pre Roll with any purchase? 1/8th of Schwag with $150 purchase. Come on. You give away stuff that does not sell and expect me to believe that you appreciate me as a customer. Sorry. I don't need free stuff. It is always a bonus. But I am done paying $110 - $120 for better quality quarters that I can pick up 20 minutes away. A Pain in the Ass? Yes. But definitely worth it since I am TRUly appreciated. Hopefully you understand the feedback and will run some promos for the people who actually care about quality. I would rather have a gram of top shelf than an 1/8 of mid potency. And yes please get rid of the THC range.

The only other problem I have with this place is that they never take things off the menu when they are not available. Also make sure you check leafly because their actual website is not accurate for meds and ended up ordering something that was not available. I am sorry but when you are out of Sour Bubble Gum or Girl Scout Cookie for more than two days, it does not belong on the menu saying temporarily unavailable. That tells me it will be available shortly and most meds that say temporarily unavailable have been that way for over a month.

I used to love this place. Not for the free pre rolls and great giveaways but for great quality. I have bought three different eights of the same strains I always buy here and this past month and a half or since just after black friday, the quality is not their. Sour Kush, Sweet and Sour and Sweet Bubba were all subpar. Katsu was the only thing good this past month. Please start focusing on better quality and less on freebies. Quality will always bring me back not schwagg pre rolls that I have to bank because you do not even have any available. Sorry but it appears you have bitten off more than you can chew. Time to slow things down and make them right again. Too many choices out there to keep coming back and not get good meds!

Nobody answered the Phone, nobody returned my phone call. Treated me like a typical drug dealer would. Sorry but you need to be more professional and have voice mail set up and return calls promptly it at all.

I would love to recommend but know one answers the phone, voicemail is a generic message that does not even say who or what number the voicemail is associated with and I never even got a call back. Reminded me of the good old days of trying to get in touch with your drug dealer. I will stick with the dispensaries that are legit.
