YiLo Superstore - Thunderbird (Med/Rec)

I went in about four days ago and bought a quarter ounce of flower and while I was smoking it heard a pop and tasted seeds. I then started to break down the buds to find more seeds in the batch about 5-6 in total, I went in and spoke with your store manager in hopes he was going to make things right the store manager refused to do anything for me even after telling him he would lose a good customer and also telling him if he didn't make things right I would be forced to leave bad reviews he then offers me 20% off my next purchase which I responded I will not be making any further purchases until my last one is made right! I hate to do this but at this point I feel really disrespected and disappointed in Yilo they had the audacity to tell me it wasn't uncommon that people get seeds in the flower which I also hope is untrue I've been to dispensary's all over the country and only one time have I had the same issue and the store manager gave me what I paid for from another batch I really hope we can make this right or not only will you have lost a customer but I will also start spreading the word of like the store manager said how "common” people have seeds in there flower from YiLo dispensary.
