my WORST dispensary visit, was here, on 4/20. what a shame. Nirvana consistently has good meds, and usually the service is helpful. My last visit, on 4/20, fell FAR short. some things, such as the 4.5hr wait, were out of their control due to the holiday. The service was HORRIBLE. Not helpful or knowledable in the least he could not be bothered to check the actual prices of cartridges. when asked what a brands price was he would reply, "it's like $39., all the cartridges are like $39". Having spent the last 4.5 hrs looking on my phone at menu prices, i knew this was not true, there was at least two brands at $32. I asked if I could look at the prices with my phone on Leafly, he said I would have to step outside and lose my place in line. I did not leave with a single product I came for, as I asked for it. I missed half my work day and got little more on my"420 DEALS", than I could get on any other day with 30 min of Leafly research. I'm hoping this is a singular experience here. can

they take CREDIT CARDS!! Not the cheapest in town, But you get what you pay for.

Metro Meds truly is a whole different dispensary. I was afraid the change to "Metro Meds" was in name only. Customer service is top notch. good Meds at good price.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with SWC. I had filled three of SWC's "Patient Rewards Cards" that promised $5 off on my next visit. I was looking forward to redeeming them on this, my next visit to Prescott. I was informed that rewards are tracked on the computer now, and they no longer use the cards. Surely my points were dutifully recorded during the change over, right? WRONG! I'm S.O.L.! After spending $300 at the Tempe and prescott locations they would not give me even partial credit. REALLY? SWC can't even drop a G of the cheap strain? In the past their bud was good, but I find this BAIT AND SWITCH tactic unethical, and no longer will extend my trust or business with SWC.
