Been going here for about a year now. I’ve had great experiences in the past here at the Dispensary on Decatur, with the employees and products. However the last few orders/talking with staff/management everything has just been very off/unprofessional. The customer service aspect really isn’t there anymore. When simply trying to place a delivery order and making sure it’s correct & that I’m also getting exactly what I wanted in my order. This has become next to impossible with no confirmation call/support. No one will confirm the order you place, they just assume it’s everything you want is correct when you place the order even if you have questions about something. When I have questions about updating my order or specific information I want about a product, I’m told I have to cancel the whole order & resubmit it. In the past I have had people change my order also give me detailed information about what I’m buying over the phone. This was when I would receive a call in the past to confirm everything in my order. They are unwilling to go the extra mile to make sure a customer is satisfied now. I feel like the new ownership is driving the customer service side down while trying to up their profits side. This doesn’t work in any way for your “EMPLOYEES” & the “CUSTOMERS” ! Was told by a manager to “I think you should go shop somewhere else.” Is this the treatment you’d like as a paying customer ? They told me I’m working the system & thinking I’m getting over on them when all I do is take advantage of the daily deals offered. No apologies or anything. Horrible attitude from most of the other staff as well they just hang up when they get frustrated. Overall this has left a really bad impression on this place now. I’m not sure if inflation/economy is affecting this place. Staffs/management probably isn’t getting enough support from the upper corporate side. I’m assuming maybe they’re frustrated, then take it out on customers. However that’s no reason to speak to or treat a customer honestly. I’ve never been spoken to like that, with total disregard to a customer that’s spending money. I’d definitely recommend going to a dispensary that actually values their customers and treats them with respect/dignity.
