I love this dispensary. It by far exceeds your needs as a patient. First- Their products are all great but their customer services is really what is amazing. When I pre-order and a product is sold out, they'll personally call you to let you know this and offer you other available options. In addition to this everyone whom works there has always been very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable of their products and welcoming. This dispensary and all of their staff are top notch. I get greeted with huge smiles and friendly conversation not just by my bud tender but by all of the staff working behind the counter. Every single one of them said hello and good bye and have a great day even though they did not wait on me. I do not feel like just a patient/customer when I go there, They always address you by your first name, everyone does. They make you feel safe, positive, energized, and that being there is important for you and your health and well being. This is my only one stop shop. The have the best discounts and reward program for every dollar you spend. In addition to this- their security team is also top notch. Once at the beginning of Covid, when I was waiting in line, another patient wouldn't keep their distance even though I asked them too. several times. The individual threatened me with physical altercation if I continued to ask them to move away from me. Well security was patrolling, heard what was happening and stepped right in, unprompted and handled it professionally. Not only did I feel safe but they d-escalated the situation between myself and the other patient and explained the importance of social distancing during these times. I Cannot ask for more. They're my #1.
