First time visiting this dispensary, and I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience from start to finish! ID check was relaxed, friendly, and didn’t feel like we were checking into a prison. It was properly laid out, nicely spaced, and the atmosphere in that first room was smooth and painless (as it should be). The main room of the shop was brilliantly laid out, and the finishing touches were modern with a classical woodworking twist that felt right at home for the Berkshire county area. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely displayed some of the best customer service I have ever seen. We laughed, we learned some new things about different strains and the effects they may have, overall this was a stellar dispensary experience and hands down far and above every other local dispensary in the immediate area. If you have the ability to get out to this location, do it.
