Terrabis Dispensary in Kansas city routinely advertises and displays so-called 'discounts' and specials to entice customers to purchase more product than originally intended, then refuses to apply the advertised or posted discounts. I.E. Prominent display of 'Military Monday 22% Off' discount sign, DOES NOT say discounts cannot be 'stacked'. DOES NOT state that the discount can only be applied to a single item per visit. Location overcharges customer credit/debit cards, then refuses to refund/reverse charges and make corrections, offering a 'discount' or 'loyalty points' for a next visit in lieu of correcting the charge. This results in overtaxation, overcharging, and overall misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent business practices.
