I normally would give a 5 stars but I have used the pre-order service for the second time now and each time I thought it would be quick in and out. But no it took them about 10 mins just to call me. When it wasn't even busy like that. I normally have great things to say. But clearly pick up orders take too long.

This was my first time at Nirvana and my budtender was awesome! Very helpful and knows his stuff. I went in and spent $75 and they matched me the same $75!!! I will definitely be back.
