I decided to order from here because Leafly had a banner for a Buy 2, Get 1 free on Wyld edibles. I ordered online and waited for confirmation. It still said preparing so I called to check if they had it before driving 40 minutes to get there. They would not answer my question about if they saw my order, but just told me they had the product in stock. After driving and waiting in line, they did not in fact have my order. They pulled out the items though and told me it was not on sale. I showed the order confirmation and they repeated this item is not on sale. Maybe it was a problem with Leafly and they were not having a sale, but they didn’t sympathize in any way. Being brushed off like that when the mistake wasn’t mine really turned me off of this place. The inside looks nice, but every staff member I spoke with was completely cold and unfriendly. Even if they decided to honor the order I placed, I wouldn’t go back to get it.
