I was a long time supporter/shopper here, really enjoy all the employees who work there providing amazing service, especially their product manager Josh, who has always tried his upmost to do right by his customers, but unfortunately the owners/higher management don’t share the same passion/care as their employees do. Their owner refused to adhere to any reasonable standard regarding medical patients such as myself, to benefit from the same standards of promotions/point system rewards based on purchases, as their typical customers by citing that we already get discounts via being medical. Which I find it infuriating that anything that’s attempting to help medical patient’s experience typical life, is considered a benefit, when it’s a way to help those who are suffering/disabled/unable to maintain a typical life as everyone else, some means to at least even the odds. It’s disgusting that medical patients such as myself can spend hundreds of dollars every couple of weeks for medicine there, but get gatekept from utilizing more discounts via their points system/discount days/happy hours, when other dispensaries who at least pretend to care about my money easily make this accommodation for me as they fully understand and are compassionate without forcing me to ask for something I should already be getting, and being made to feel less than, while an owner barks questions at me regarding my technical knowledge of point of sales systems when I attempt to politely bring these points up, in attempts to gaslight/minimize me. Way to treat someone who was easily buying out in bulk of live rosin, spending upwards of $500+ biweekly, while getting the runaround by an owner who apparently can’t pretend to ethically capitalism or math right. Avoid this place at all costs unless it changes ownership, and I suggest employees to find a dispensary who values them truly, and respects their time/labor.
