I am completely new to all of this so naturally I was very nervous. I would say that the atmosphere is much more calm then a normal doctor's office. The staff is so incredibly friendly and genuinely want to help and provide education and information on all of the different options for dosages. I am so absolutely happy with my decision to stop taking pain medication and switch over. I was a first time user when I got my card.
