I usually love going here. But someone needs to look into packaging issues. Purchased a 5g slab of blue label shatter and they packed it in wax paper, not parchment paper, so the terpenes in the shatter got absorbed by the wax paper and it also mad it extremely difficult to remove and transfer to my own parchment paper. Probably lost around a half a gram to the wax paper alone. This is unfortunate because usually this kind of stuff doesn't happen. Unfortunate experience...

This USED to be my favorite dispensary. Clearly they can't get their business together. I ordered online and after and hour and a half of waiting g outside and talking to other people who ordered almost an hour after me and they were getting their order, I asked how much longer for my order (a simple prepack), and they told me it would be another 45 minutes. Way to put priority on first come first serve guys. Its a shame to have a place that used to be your favorite, completely lose your business because of their incompetence and inability to keep organized.
