So this morning just before 9am I figured I would plan ahead and place an order for delivery since I would be home most of the day. Just after 9am I received a confirmation email, it’s best to call to confirm because I have waited all day just to be told they didn’t receive the order, luckily they had.
I was quoted a delivery time between 4:30-5:30pm which for a 9am order is absurd in that or it’s self but I overlooked that.
6pm rolls around and I haven’t heard anything but at about 6:20 I received a call that sounded like something you would hear on a sitcom….
Long story short I was told I won’t be receiving my order and was told I could receive it by brunch time Sunday. I declined as there’s several dispensaries that open well before then that would gladly assist me in a purchase.
I highly advise not using this service, the few times I’ve gone to the store it’s been a 6/10 at best but don’t advertise a delivery and then make your customer wait all day until other dispensaries are almost closed.
Luckily Rise on rt40 was still open so I didn’t have to go a night without my meds which are for insomnia by the way.
Either go pick it up from NCW or go somewhere else, unless you have an entire day to waste and feel like playing Russian roulette on whether or not your order will arrive.
Hope this helps others avoid the experience I had.
