I’ve tried this dispensary repeatedly and have had poor customer service experiences 2 out of 3 times.
In person - a bit of a wait for someone to acknowledge you at front desk, not a huge deal.
Online/Phone order - they advertise delivery, so I attempted to place an order online, but the site did not allow me to do so. I then called, and was very abruptly put on hold for 40 minutes before the call dropped. I called back, and the individual who answered my call did check for the products, but made no apology for or acknowledgement of the wait. Aside from being forgotten about, I can’t fathom why I was holding so long only to be helped immediately when I called back. Not a great way to treat patients.
I’m sure it is NBD to them, but I’ll be taking my business somewhere where I’m treated better.
