I stopped by for the first time because of a recommendation from a medical professional, and I'm very glad I did! Each and every staff member I encountered, both at the front desk and in the bud room, was very kind, caring, polite, and incredibly well versed about the different strains. I asked many questions, and was allowed to inspect the medicine I wanted to purchase, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy. From the moment I walked in I felt as though everyone there genuinely wanted to assist me and help me in any way possible. All of their pricing and policies were explained very clearly and thoroughly, and I was asked what medical issues needed to be addressed and shown strains that would most likely be helpful to me. The customer service is awesome, and the bud quality is pretty top-notch as well at an incredible price during their daily specials. I will definitely be back because the Dandelion left a really good impression on me. It was also impressive how professional everything seemed, even though everyone was so friendly! Great job!!!!
