I purchased a Vape for my pen last month that cost me $79.00 I just opened it two days ago and it is totally defective. They said that since its been purchased just over thirty days ago so they will not exchange or refund. I am stuck with a defective device that I purchased from them and their response to me was that I should contact the manufacturer. I am a patient, I don't have a lot of money and now I am out of money that I gave them for a product that is just not going to work. I am heartbroken, in pain and out of medicine. TO THE OWNER(s) of GOLDEN STATE GREENS I HOPE THE PROFIT YOU MADE ON A DEFECTIVE ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE WAS WORTH LOSING A PATIENT OVER AND YOUR REPUTATION. I certainly will be doing my part to spread the word on your FOR PROFIT OVER PATIENT SATISFACTION policies. I will never return to your collective, nor will several of my friends whom I have shared my experience with. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL
