3Fifteen Primo STL

This was my second visit to 3Fifteen, but it’s been over a year since I last stopped by. Given their impressive selection on the website, I assumed the in-store experience would match. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
The service I received this time was incredibly disappointing. I believe the manager, a young white woman (possibly named Chloe?), was very rude. Her attitude came off as condescending and borderline racist. She was short with us and her tone was far from welcoming.
During my first visit, the staff were amazing — 2 guys, (who, ironically, i believe were also managers), were both super helpful and informative. They made my first experience great, which is why I brought my friend this time, hoping for the same level of service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all.
Both my friend and I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I won’t be returning.
