I'm glad Az went legal but with the long waits it's apparent it was never about the patient and all about the money!!

I've been a PSC tier 3 member for almost a year now and I just renewed my membership.The only problem is new owners keep changing the rules on the membership. when the new owners took over I noticed the change immediately. I expressed my concerns to management and was told to just give just give a chance. Well six months later you,ve compleatly changed all the daily special, the rules for psc are different and today another perk of the membership was taken away. I guess you can't see that no one is in the waitind area. It used to be packed everyday!
