Terrible service, lousy attitude of bud tender. Received a business card for Farm 2 Lab from a hotel i stayed at close by.card that said come in for a free pre roll and get 40% off your first purchase. So I went to check out the dispensary. Bud tender told me she had not seen this card before so she wouldn't honor it. She also said first time customers get Ai 30% discount ( not the 40% that is written on the wall of the building in letters about 6 feet tall. and also written plainly on the card given to me by hotel,; and also plainly stated on variuos bill boards around town. So much for honoring their own advertising. By the way, the prices here are so high, even at 40% discount, this dispensary is WAAAY over priced; $20* + for a pre-roll joint AFTER the 1st time customer discount. Budtender rude and upset that I actually expected service and while I was disappointed about the un--honored pre roll and when I said I thought their prices were high, she rolled her eyes at me and had some under breath comment about me not knowing anything about weed. I told her that when I was her age, weed was $10/ ounce ( we called them "lids" back then) and she commented that I was an "old phogey" and I didn't know anything about weed or anything about today's youth. As. A result from my experience , I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AND WILL NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Please don't waste your time at this shop, which has no customer service or any concern for keeping customers happy or become repeat customers. PLEASE DO. NOT spend your time or money here.
