Essence is a fabulous dispensary and I really like the products available, the deals on offer and the staff. I never have to queue for long and when i do (when you were implementing that hellish new system) they were kind enough to give out free prerolls. Now THAT is customer care. When it's hot, they dish out the water bottles. It really goes a long way. Youre more than a dispensary - you're a family home open for sales and that counts in Hendo. The AiroPro cartridges are a little expensive but you really get what you pay for. the convenience of snap-and-go is really quick and i love the capabilities of being able to buy a wallet and have a nice little collection. I would like to thank Jesse for his advice on the cartridge and i'll be back to get more of them.
