Zen Leaf - St. Charles (Medical)

I just received a recommendation from Zen Leaf (see below comment) for me to contact them at their support email. If Zen Leaf personnel actually read the email thread instead of answering with a standard ‘pat’ reply in this forum; they’d see that I’ve sent multiple emails to two different addresses, one of them the ‘support’ email. In my most recent correspondence with them I asked for reconsideration of their decision not to reimburse me for shortages and an incorrect order. That was a week ago.
So now the ball is in Zen Leaf’s court—I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this. The silence in response to very valid concerns I outlined in recent unanswered emails—-that speaks volumes.
