Curaleaf - Pavilions

I had called Curaleaf to see if I can exchange the cartridge I had gotten (On same trip) because they were running a promotion on buy 1g of wax and get a cart.. you text them what cart for the bogo... my confirmed “pre-order” ran out by the time I got there to pick up (which was like 1Hr after I pre ordered) And I got my cart and saw when I was home that I have tried this flavor before & I wasn’t a fan and if I could exchange.. I definitely understand if you can’t because it was ran with a promotion- but when I called to ask if I could exchange I was told by the girl helping me that I would be called back by the manager to see if we could exchange it. NEVER got a call and was stuck with a flavor I didn’t like - probably because she didn’t take me seriously.. that experience made me not want to return but I decided to give then the benefit of the doubt.. today again my confirmed pre order ran out and I was told by the bud tender that he’s sorry I didn’t get a text by the “morning team” to confirm again which flavors since they ran out and that “they don’t know what they’re doing” sucks because I was really looking forward to these purchases.. wish curaleaf Pavilions had better communication with their customers 😕
