I'd like to take a minute to thank the owner, management, bud tenders, staff, and security as a whole. With this COVID-19 pandemic going on they could have closed their doors and they haven't. They choose to put themselves at risk to continue offering us the medicine that we've come to depend on. I see people getting upset about long wait times or difference processes, but I think everyone at Herbal Wellness is doing a great job considering the circumstances. From my family to yours, thank you for everything that you do. If you just came here for a review of their buds and not the amazing customer service that comes with it, then I'll certainly offer up some more kind words and say that they truly do have some of the best Shatter/Flower in the valley. I absolutely drive out of my way to go to their store bypassing many other dispensaries simply based on their service and quality.

the lobby is very comfortable and inviting, the prices are amazing cause they are low and already include tax. more importantly the service is great. Alix always meets her patients with a smile and ready to provide helpful insight into the cannabis world. loving this place!

First time visit tonight after hearing some reviews on leafly and massroots. Quality of meds are great, prices were excellent, and the staff was super friendly. I'd certainly check this place out again and would recommend others to as well. It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it.

My name is Charles and I've been here twice now. The first time Candice helped me, and I'm sorry but I missed the gentleman's name today (tall, shaved head and full of jokes and humor) but both times the service, mood, information, and technique of the bud tenders/caregivers was exceptional. They make you feel welcome, their prices are great and the quality of the flower is connoisseur worthy. If you can get some of their Blackwater OG, you'll fall in love I promise. Really all around a great shop, great environment and easy to reach location. Never change Greenhouse, unless of course its to get even more awesome than you already are... and a big thank you to everyone at the shop!

Oh my holy wow! As a cannabis connoisseur I've seen and tried a lot and believe me when I say the quality of both flower and concentrate at TruMed is beyond reproach. THIS STUFF IS FIRE! The text message went great, the person was incredibly nice and quick with replies. They advised of a two hour wait, but made sure to offer extra items for the hassle. I was blown away by the customer service. I was about to write the best review, until they closed for the day without delivering my order or calling me back. I must have gotten missed. It probably happens but I'll haven to review another time.

I want to stress that I will try them again for a few reasons but there were some small issues (in my mind). My order had a few mistakes: ordered a 120mg cookie but got the 60mg, which was partially my fault I know because they let you review your order at the window but I couldn't read the print on the edible until I got to my car. No worries though, I'm sure they'd make it right next time. As well, I was a first time patient and mentioned it a few times but didn't get my new patient discount. Again I'm sure they will fix it because it was towards the end of a night on Saturday. They were all nice enough and I got the Snoop OG with looks/tastes/works amazingly good. As well, this super nice guy Dave at the counter helped me avoid an issue with the ATM that would have been costly, just by being a nice guy and looking out for his customers. Awesome guy there Dave is! Thanks guys and I'll see you again soon.

Budtender Robbie was made for this job. He knows his strains, and if you don't know what you want, he'll point you in the right direction. He takes his time with you and never rushes. I almost forgot I was in a dispensary, it just felt natural. He wasn't just selling me, and was informative and made me feel comfortable and like I was with friends. I've found a new home. I asked if I could just sleep in the back but they said there wasn't enough room with all the bud.

this place lost my business. been here three times now and twice it has been just bad. this time I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes after being checked in. never got called back. people who came in after me were going right back. its like they forgot I was there... I'll just go elsewhere now

Being a new card holder I've been to a few of the store dispensaries and even thought I mention I'm new, I don't get any kind of perk like they advertise, and the meds are okay but nothing that makes me go "wow!". I figured calling a delivery service would be a gamble since I couldn't see the meds first... I was wrong. Tonight I ordered 1g of Durban Poison Wax, and a quarter of Khalifa Kush, and was beyond impressed. First of all without me really making a big deal out of it they realized I was new and gave me the new guy perk of TWO free pre-rolls and my order was over a certain amount so I got a free medible... are you kidding me?! NO ONE has given me so much as a free lighter at the stores, and this nice awesome delivery guy CJ is just blowing my mind with these extras. Now moving on to the meds, quality shatter, again better than some I've had from the stores, and the Khalifa Kush, don't get me started, it's covered in diamonds. You've got a solid business here, I can't wait to order again! Thank you, Thank you... I know I'm gushing, but Thank you!
