First of all I loved this dispensary, it was the best I've come across in Eugene, never had any issues in over a year of consistently going almost weekly, spending lots of $, everything was fine until the last few weeks. Not sure if it's new staff or they've changed their policies about customer service but unfortunately due to the customer service I can't attend after these 2 encounters, the first problem was when I showed up at 10am when it opened, arrived a little early so had to wait a little until 10am, right at 10am I saw other customers go in, so I tried to follow and come to find out (it was new employees who shut the door on me not customers which is worse) rather than letting me wait 2 minutes in the lobby I had to either wait out in cold or go back to my car for 2 minutes, the 2nd encounter was tonight 2-3-16, I called in advance because I was running a little late and knew they closed at 9pm, I mentioned to the employee I was a regular medical patient (which didn't matter obviously) and knew what I wanted so I'd be very fast, I showed up at literally 9:01pm and they turned off the sign, locked the door and wouldn't answer the phone (FOR ONE MINUTES). Funny because when I called the manager mentioned she had to pay the employees for their time which I understand, I would've paid an extra $5 per gram which would've covered their 5 minutes on the clock of work time and I'm talking that's the MAX amount of time. Really sucks because this was one of my favorite dispensaries but if the customer service isn't there then don't waste the trip. I even tried to contact the owner/card holder of the shop who said he would make things right but never heard back from him.
