Perfect Union Weed Dispensary Shasta Lake

Leave It To Nature is professional, courteous, and responsive. Their staff are more knowledgeable than any other dispensary in the area. If they're super busy, sometimes they can be a little flustered, but they're a high volume dispensary for a reason - they're dedicated to helping people and giving good advice. I've found the online ordering/drive thru pick up to be AMAZING every time. I love that convenience so much. In the store I've had pretty much consistently good experiences with the staff. In one case, I felt a little rushed by the person helping me, but I just told them I was trying to find something specific for my PTSD and thanked them for being patient with my questions - that turned the whole interaction around. Showing kindness goes both ways, so, for the bad reviews on here, maybe those customers just didn't communicate well to the staff. I think Leave It To Nature is the best place for medical help and recreational fun. Recently I tried out Synergy in Redding because they were having a promotional sale, and left very disappointed with how the staff there did not know what they were talking about and did not take the time to ask what my needs were. It's worth the drive out to Shasta Lake City for Leave it to Nature. Thanks for all that you do.

I went in specifically for the bloom pax buy two, get one for $1 deal. I contacted Synergy before arrival to make sure there was still stock available. They assured me there was. When I arrived, I was told the only cartridge eligible for the $1 deal was a sativa. I asked if there were any other options, and was told it was that or nothing as far as the promotion went. This was disappointing, especially because I made sure ahead of time that there was still a variety in stock. I ended up just buying one cartridge, because I cannot use sativa strains due to anxiety. Then I asked about prerolls, specifically the Cru minis that are on the website menu. They told me they were out, so I asked for an indica preroll and believed the bud tender when he told me it was an indica. When I got home I researched the strain, and it is actually a hybrid containing sativa. Right off the bat, I can't trust the employees to know what they're talking about. On top of that, I felt rushed by the employee helping me. I also looked up the online menu when I left, and the bloom pax cartridges showed up with 3 different options for the $1 deal. The mini prerolls showed up on the menu too. The online menu is not accurate, so what's the point of trying to come back and order ahead so I can be sure I get what I want if I now know the online menu is not updated in a timely manner to reflect what's actually available? I wanted to give Synergy a try, but this was extremely disappointing. I understand that with promotions, stock might run out, but all the information I got from employees and the website led me to believe there were options for me. Being sold a preroll that isn't the strain I asked for, and in fact is a strain I told the employee I could not have, just gives me zero confidence in this place. On the good side, check-in was easy, and the front desk employee was very friendly. The place is clean and obviously trying for a more hipster vibe. I'm not planning on returning after this disaster though. I'd rather drive out to Shasta Lake and visit Leave It To Nature - they have savings for medical patients and their employees are all friendly and knowledgeable. I can trust Leave It To Nature to not sell me something I specifically tell them I can't consume.
