A joint I bought from this place fell apart before we could use it and the people I talked to when I called in said there was nothing they could do. So, thinking the conversion was over I hung up. About 5 minutes later I received a call from Herbn, and it was the same guy calling to lecture me about not hanging up on people... very immature and unprofessional. Sorry to have hurt your feelings sir. Try not to harass customers next time. There are a ton of weed stores around Herb n Elements and I'll just go to those from now on.
