Manager not listening to my complaint I wish you would allow me to add a picture to show you
Today I purchasing my Venom diamond infused flower one of the packages was only half amount of product of the first one the reasoning is because it was a different strand of flower but the flower I received was so filled with concentrate that you can't even smoke it
I explained to my bartender that it happened last week and I went ahead and used it anyway we could only use it in a bong no other way to smoke it because of the heavy concentrate and lack of flower
Management told me I could switch it out they would refund my money and I could get back in line and repurchase if I wanted to well my biggest problem was I only wanted the one container that was half-filled exchanged for the other strand I didn't want to go stand outside in line again to do this as we're in Arizona and I was 60-year-old lady too hot out there
I really wish the management would have just did the exchange with me sitting in the chair they had me sitting for 20 minutes while they discussed what they were going to do with this bad product
Instead she explained to me that it was my bad because I purchased two different types well I've been purchasing this for a long time since Venom came out with the diamond infused they can pull my records and see I've never had an issue until today and I will not be told to go stand back in line it was ridiculous
