First off I gotta drop a name here, Tranica is freaking awesome. Always has something cool to say about my jacket (you’d have to be there to understand). The flower is usually decent however I’ve noticed they incorrectly label strains as indica or sativa... A LOT. Doesn’t matter too much for me, it just kinda sucks for new patients to not get what they think they’re getting. Honestly though other than Tranica and few select other people, this shop has a lot of... Not very knowledgeable people behind the counter. That and there’s one guy that honestly doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. Seems annoyed every single time I come to his counter. Coming from one of your guys biggest customers by the way, I max out my alottment exclusively with ya’ll. Kinda wish some of the guys and gals there would treat me and others a little better. 😕

After a bit of a struggle getting everything situated (as it turned out, all issues I had were on my end and had nothing to do with Supurb Deliveries), I can say I am absolutely in love with this place. The owner personally reached out to me to correct the situation, was nothing but courteous and pleasant throughout. Once issues we're sorted out (once again, on my end); they had a delivery driver at my door within the same hour. I will absolutely be using this service again!
